Discover a new design for the classic 2-door Chevrolet Chevette Shark GT to create a strong highlight

although theChevroletChevette was officially launched in 1975 in the USA, the nameplate started to be used internationally in Brazil in 1973, being sold in the Latin American market as a two-door sedan. Now the YouTuberRob3rt Designtook this classic subcompact and added a number of modern touches in the following render animation video.

This Chevrolet Chevette sits just above the asphalt, lowered on wide, large-diameter wheels with a black finish. The stance is reinforced by a wide body treatment that widens the fenders with an aggressive aesthetic, justifying the “Shark GT” part of the name.Massive brakes and calipers fill the space.

Indeed, the look has a “Japanese car” style, enhancing the classic lines of the Chevrolet Chevette in the process. These fender-mounted side mirrors are a good example of Japanese inspiration, looking like something you’d find in a classic Nissan Fairlady Z or Toyota 2000GT.

At the front, the Chevrolet Chevette continues to rock a pair of circular headlamps and wide grille with horizontal slats, to which a pair of yellow fog lights have been added. The lower part of the dashboard gets a new air intake that brings the car even closer to the asphalt visually, while a tow hook in the corner gives it a track-ready feel.

Meanwhile, the rear is dominated by a two-layer aerodynamic setup, with a GT-style spoiler atop the trunk lid and a trunk lid lip. The lower section receives a smooth black diffuser element.

The rendering of the Chevrolet Chevette is fully animated, which means we take a tour of the parked vehicle, as well as photos of it “on the road”.
