Exploring an Astonishing ‘Car Graveyard’: Uncovering Over 200 Classic Vehicles in an Abandoned Museum

AN incredible ‘car graveyard’ has been discovered where more than 200 classic vehicles are simply rusting away.

A host of vintage vehicles have been crammed into what is thought to have been a car museum but now lies abandoned.

The find has been revealed in a YouTube video on the Classic Car Rescue channel.

While the location of the “barn” has not been revealed, it is thought that it is somewhere in the United States.

In the largely silent footage the camera simply goes along showing the cars, most of which are covered in dust.

What state the vehicles are in, and if they are even road worthy is not know, but by the looks of things many are in need of some serious attention to return them to their former glory.

With the cars all being inside they have been protected to some extent from the elements and don’t appear to be badly rusting.

As the camera pans around, some classic cars can be spotted, including Cadillacs, Lincolns and a Packard Ragtop.

An Auburn Speedster can also be seen.

A number of old Shelby’s have also been left to gather dust, with one commentator estimating those alone could be worth around $500,000 (£403,000).

Another highlight in the collection are a number of classic Ford Mustangs.

Many commentators went online to ask where the “barn” was and wanting to know if the vehicles were for sale.

One person wrote: “What an amazing collection! The majority seem to have been almost completely protected from the elements inside that large facility.”

Another said: “So, is anything going to happen to these beautiful automobiles, such as an auction?

“Many are too nice to just sit there. I was excited to see a couple of Cords there. Model 810?

“I’m curious too if mice chewed up the interiors, or left a ton of feces in each vehicle? Sad but exciting to see. Thanks!”

While a third added: “Astounding! You could take half of those cars, shine them up, and boom — instant car museum!”

Elsewhere, an urban explorer showed another car graveyard where a collection of classic cars have been left to rot.

Another car graveyard has also been revealed which contains rusting army vehicles, flash motors and even a plane.

Meawhile, another explorer has detailed their discovery of a huge car graveyard which has old BMWs, Land Rovers and even a fire engine.
