2-Year-Old Girl Goes To Shelter And Picks Sick, Shy Pit Bull Who Just Needs Love – Dogs And Pets

There is no doubt that the only thing shelter dogs want is to go to forever homes. Furthermore, going to a forever home depends on many things like health issues, appearance, age, or breed, which means that some dogs take more time to find forever homes than others.

Anyway, this is not always the deal as some kind people particularly choose dogs, who usually get passed by. In this story, Gigi Spurio, a two-year-old girl, is this kind person.

The girl was taken to the shelter by her mama, Audra Spurio, to adopt a dog. The little princess fell in love with a shy pit bull, as she felt that she needed care and love.

It seemed like the girl just wanted to give another innocent creature what she really deserves. The girl insisted to meet the dog outside her kennel and started talking to her!

It was obvious that a great bond was created since they met outside the kennel as Gigi gave the dog belly rubs and kisses.

When the dog was taken inside, Gigi did not want to leave her and asked her mama repeatedly to adopt this dog to give her the care and love she deserves.

Fortunately, Gigi got what she wanted and the pit bull, who Gigi named Scarlett, is now having a great life in her new forever home.
